central location train access walking distance
the location was very central. i arrived by train and could walk directly to the hotel (it made things so easy!). the hotel is within walking distance of the center and sights.
The room i stayed in was a bit too hot. I could not adjust the temperature low enough.

great location helpful staff big gym useful proximity
location was amazing and near everything. breakfast included many options and staff was helpful. the gym was quite big with treadmills and many equipments. i found the proximity to transportation very useful for exploring.
the room thermostat was hard to adjust, causing some discomfort at night and there was not enough information in the room about hotel amenities or local transport options.

my superior room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area, good. it featureed a mini-fridge. provided complimentary water bottles and a coffee machine. the bathroom had heated floors and premium toiletries.

front desk staff was available 24/7 to assist with inquiries. the hotel provides a concierge service and dry cleaning services are available to all guests. daily housekeeping maintained the rooms and the premises very clean.

convenient location large gym lobby refreshments
the hotel is right next to the train station! this made arrival and departure very easy. the fitness facility is large. coffee, tea and sweets were available in the lobby all day. fast elevators were useful.
the side entrance had an unpleasant odour as i stepped out, unfortunately.

just so so, i guess
room noise housekeeping mistake
the location i will admit, was acceptable i suppose.
The room they gave me was pretty noisy. You could hear everything going on outside. also, housekeeping seemed to forget to replace the tea and coffee. i even asked, but nothing changed. How hard is it?

a decent hotel near the station
convenient location friendly staff clean room warm room bathroom wear faulty dispenser
the hotel is very close to the central station (it was a short walk with my luggage). the staff were friendly and efficient . the room was also quiet and clean.
the room felt a little too warm even with the air conditioning on low (maybe it was just me). i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. the shower gel dispenser did not work very well.

the location was excellent, right by the central station. breakfast had a good spread. the room included a kettle with free tea and coffee.
The superior room was too small. There was no wardrobe. pillows were poor quality. the shower screen allowed water to escape onto the floor.
